new back box

hi,
I quite fancy a new back box for my mark 2, I've read most of the comments and listened to a few on youtube and still can't work out what to buy ?
I'm only after the box (not bothered about extra BHP) just a better sound,
I don't fancy spending loads of cash and then taking it off if it's not right,
all help would be welcome , also if theres any one who knows a decent specialist in my area to look after it as well (dixons have never seen one !!!!)
could maybe sell the original mark 2 box , its off an '05' car with only 5000 miles so it's going to be as new, whats it worth ?

For under a grand, you're basically looking at k-tec vs quicksilver.
I would suggest that quicksilver is a slightly better quality item, has the slight edge in overall look - however the cabin noise is intrusive compared to the k-tec item.
Either way, both are a big improvement over the OEM backbox... [smilie=icon_puke_r.gif]
