No. But it certainly helps.

Dont worry Dave, its wasn't easy opening up that wallet, i actually spent months looking at the wheel and pondering over it to the point even my workmates were getting sick of it and telling me to just ''Buy the fxxkin thing'' !! ... Yeah i certainly cant be accused of rushing into things ...

VVT
Lower comp / stronger pistons / rods
runs higher boost as stock
head is better design

Ouch! I've seen the steering wheel with the RS badge for £190 new, but I had no idea about the cost of the airbag.

I think I'll stick to my oe wheel, with it's partially unpicked red stitching on the top

IIRC the airbag was approx £80ish ...

Agreed its not a cheap swap and it took a while to justify the expense to myself, but from a personal point of view i reckon its best mod i have made and it always annoyed me that apart from the stitching the 225 / R26 got the same wheel as the standard family Megane.

Winter tyres fitted now, I managed to buy a silver set of the same alloys and initially I wasn't sure but they have grown on me and I think they are rather refreshing to be fair.
