my old vee for sale at a dealers 50 miles from me,markR must have traded it in,wish
was in position to buy it back,miss the old girl. its looking well.

Not traded in as such, the chap offered to sell it for me for a wee cut, so figured why not give it a shot

No Derek, he hasn't bought it from me.

Basically I got chatting to him and he has been short of stock so offered to sell it for me ( he can take a part ex, arrange finance and offer a warranty) so seemed like a good idea.

I know him and have sold a few cars to him in the past when I needed a quick sale. If after a couple of months it hasn't sold or I want it back at any time I just go and get it, I still own it and it is still registered to me.

Worth a shot I thought and he is confident he can sell it and get what I want for it so hopefully it should be win win.

take it things havent settled down in dundee when your out in it?

yeah suppose it gives you more of a chance of selling if he does finance etc
