My New V6

Sold I'm afraid.

Can't get on with it, spent a fair whack getting the car in the condition it deserves to be in.

Shame, wanted to try one, but didn't click :-(

Now on the look out for a M5 Tourer which is a car I have drive and love, so onwards and upwards they say.

I have a R5 GT turbo which I love, gives me so much more than the V6 but at 1/3 of the cost.

That is a real shame, especially with the time and effort (and presumably cost) you put into getting it near perfect.

What exactly didn't you like about the Clio V6?

Good luck with your next purchase..........

Sorry to hear that, Ants. I saw it on PH. You got it looking really good. Know what you mean about the GT..gets under your skin! Vee is fab still though.

I love the presence and the attention it gets, I have owned some nice exotic cars over the years and I'm still shell shocked how much attention it gets.

But that's it :-( don't like much else about it. It needs more oomph to make it special if that makes sense?

At least this one has been saved and put back to it's deserved original condition other the vents, that's something :-)

Cheers

Not on PH though?

Love my GT, will never part with this one.

Pity. But no different to any other car you've owned!!! I.e. Short and sweet. Evo's/audi/Porsche/skoda...etc.

M5 touring will be a beast, crap gearbox though.

How come you're selling the GT too now, pal?

It says on the advert, huge extension currently underway which will take up to 6 months, 3/4 of drive used up, and garage full of equipment. Don't want to leave it outside over winter.

Is it not worth keeping?? Outdoor carcoon?

Not something I want to risk, I am exploring options as we speak, not so easy when you live in a rural area, not a lot of storage around.

Surely you can find a friendly farmer with a corner in a barn that you could use, or have you successfully pi55ed them all off as well

I do try ;-) ;-)

Funny enough my old owner the local farm for donkey's years, and your right, we are not on talking terms with the current owners..... Business and all.

My mind is made up and I don't want it stored 20 miles away where I can't see it daily.
