Mini meet at Aston head quarters...

Thanks to Deano, a few of us had the opportunity to walk around the stunning Aston Martin HQ today. Turned out to be a brilliant day out and a real eye opener. We were lucky enough to get up close and walk around all the recent marques of Aston including the new v12 Vantage and the simply breath taking 177!! What a car!!!!! Ive never seen detail on any other car like it. Not suprising its over a million big ones lol. For me the big suprise was at the begining of the day. The crowd of people surrounding some of the most expensive cars available today all turned around and pointed as all four vee's rumbled into the car park! Needless to say it put a smile on all our faces lol

Michelin discontinue the old pilots and bring out a new type...they are tried and tested by Aston and work on water



Beleive it or not this uses a Clio V6 rear wiper as a wind screen wiper!!.......no wonder it's sooooo fast! lol

Could have made it a big meet but tickets were very limited unfortunatly and hard to get hold of at such late notice. Im going to try and keep my eye out for a Prodrive open day. Will try and blag a load if people are up for that.
