Michelin Pilot Sport 2 Front cost

Started looking round now for 2 front tyres, as the Vee will shortly be running out of rubber.

Best prices so far on PS2's 205/40/18 £135.01 each (that's not fitted as my mate will do that)

Can anyone reconmend anywhere else I could find these cheaper?

I dont know if they are cheaper than black circles with the discount but I have always used valuetyres.co.uk and found them very reasonable. :approve:

Bloody hell that's well cheap for fitting as well. Think these could be the ones......

Hate buying stuff like tyres that don't add anything to the car...well least it won't add 6 points and a fine I suppose!

You might spare a thought about tyres and consider that they are probably THE most important thing you buy for your Vee and the right tyres could quite easily save your life, your wallet and stop that LY Vee from ending up in the breakers yard ...

IMHO they most certainly do add a lot to the car Some of the tread patterns are quiet aesthetic too i.e. good-years ...

Try "National Tyres" I got a full set of 4 for £580 fitted :approve: but it was 12 months ago though.

Also your price from "Fast Tyres" works out at £648.85 to me :s :s

I just phoned around a few places and asked if they would do a deal on 4 fitted, I remember the invoice had a discount on as well :approve: [smilie=bunny_4.gif] maybe they have gone up quite a bit since then as well [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

Cheers Phil just phoned up my local National Tyres and got all 4 for £590 fitted! Result!

Cheers Phil just phoned up my local National Tyres and got all 4 for £590 fitted! Result!

Cracking result there Matt :approve: [smilie=bunny_4.gif] I'm glad that the price hasn't gone up much as I'll be needing a pair of rears before too long myself.

Don't be so sure, I only say that cause it has happened to me where I have bagged something by phone at a good price and it has proven to be a pricing or product code error and they are not legally obliged to honour it - hopefully not an issue in this case ... But it is a good price and you will have the OEM tyres too

Will Kwik Fi / National Tyres etc also check the tracking on the car when they change the tyres? Or will this need to be done somewhere else? Roughly how much shold this cost as well? Thanks.
