In general,
Methanol eats away every standard rubber seal, so probably it will start to leak at every joint, not to forget the fuel lines close to the tank.
You will need to replace them with Viton, or plastic which resists Methanol.

Hi,
Methanol is not just poured in to petrol and stirred, it is added attomised under pressure to homoganise it with the petrol which is heated to increase its viscosity. Its mainly available in north and south America to increase the performance they only blend their petrol to gasoline standard (about 88ron maximum). The fuel pipes are nitrile lined.

Cold Fusion.
