Meglio problem

Hi guys got a massive problem here I’ve started my meglio this evening and it won’t rev past 2500/3000rpm. Will only start on easy start as well. I tried plugging my autel in and it won’t read live data any idea I appreciate

Does it run once it’s started on easy start?

May Need a Meg chassis no. To get it to read I had to on Clip. Not sure with a autel.
