Megane Check Injection error. R26/Meglio.

Evening chaps,

my meglio seems to have developed a small issue. I had just sorted a charging issue with the motor only to turn it over and see "check injection". I plugged it in to find the error message "UPC multiplex connection error" and from memory it was DF624.

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on it, It's not in Limp mode but it doesn't seem to be boosting properly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I know it’s a lame question but have you checked all the injector plugs?? When I fitted a return fuel rail and missed an injector plug and had a “check injection” warning message on the dash

I’m sure all meglio’s have df624, it’s something to do with them not liking being where they are @Brigsy will be able to confirm

Where in country are you? You’ll need to see what’s going on with live data with clip to see what’s really happening

I have a snap on diag machine but not sure if it's as good / accurate as the CLIP tool. I'm Kent, SE.

I was having to fiddle around with the wiring around the battery / ecu so is it possible I knocked something along the way or?

Yeah it's nothing to do with injection at all really. All injectors are fine.

It's not boosting correctly though.

Df624 is normal on a meglio, and does not trigger eml or limp.

Need to scan with clio as must be faults stored if check injection is on. Have a check round wiring that might have been disturbed

Have had a check, nothing seems to have changed. I have been in and out of other cars this week so I could be thinking it was faster than it actually was haha.

I'll keep an eye on it over the weekend. Need to source a clip tool though.
