Megane r26 r titanium exhaust

I know it is a bit off topic but I want a titanium exhaust for my megane r26r, I don't believe you can buy them from Renault anymore but I will happily stand corrected, don't suppose anyone knows who made them or where I can get one from? I know I could get one made but really want a genuine Renault one.
