and they often don't work, however remove the metal disc (which is refered to as a thermal fuse) and they will work again.

its a shite design and always goes wrong

well I can't for 2 reasons i don't have one handy and cannot be arsed.

Howeve4r I shall inform you of where they are.

The switches are at the rear of the centre console, they are where rear ashtray is on normal meganes. Behind the handbrake.

The motors are under the windows and the pivot is down at the bottom as well, noty in the usual halfway up point at the rear of manual popper windows.

well funnily enough, my megane is in bits at the mo, i'll get some pics tomorrow

there is also a switch infront of the handbrake to turn the window switches on and off. (if your realy lucky you may have just left them turned off. lol)

you don't need a pic mate, sit in the car, look at your handbrake and then look just in front of it and just behind it. if you can't see the switches you're either blind or they just aren't there. (The second one is less likely though)

I aint got a Megane Interested in how they work and looking to see if I could hook something up in either the clio or a mates megane (bucket of shit lol).

How much would the motors and switch likely to cost?

you need the glass etc as well.

Cost, probably cheaper to buy a megane to strip for them.
