But how accurate will GPS be for a 0-60 time? I'm thinking not accurate enough.

Depends on how many satelites gps connects to.

My opinion +/- 0,3s max from real results.

It's a G-Tech Pro. BTW this can be done with a I-phone.

missus has an i-phone, so if i stealit how do i get this stuff and use it

GPS be no good. GPS is good for mapping and such. The I phone. software. I've forgot what it was. I did put a post up on RSC a while back. As for the G-tech thingy. I found it was .1 of a sec out. on the 1/4 mile run. compared to santa pod's time. that use's fixed to the ground gear.

G-tech uses accelerometers so it'll be pretty reliable but not quite perfect

GPS I fear will not be accurate enough for timing over short distances
