Megane Megane 225 suspension colour codes

I have been trying to find out how the different types of shocks and springs on the 225/cup/r26 are identified.

Is there a guide anywhere explaining the coloured paint dots/stickers on the shocks and springs?

If not, could people post what type of car they have ie. Ph1 or 2, cup, cup pack, r26 etc. and the colour of the markings on their suspension, it might be useful information to have.

I have a September 2006 ph2 225 CM1V which I believe means cup pack fitted. It also has the EPACKP option on the build sticker.
I have front shocks with yellow stickers and front springs with yellow dots?
Rear shocks have green stickers, springs have red dots?

Anyone know what this means?
Thanks
Dave.

So the Trophy/Cup has the same front end as the F1/R26 but the rear end has different springs and dampers. That might explain the uprated rear beam/hubs and other quoted values you see in magazines like evo and websites like pistonheads that do their best to differentiate and describe the cars.

On a side note my 175 had the R26 back end with the beam, hubs and brake from the factory. I've fitted fresh cup rear dampers and eibach rear springs. It's running factory sport front end (waiting some extended time to fit the fronts due continual usage of the car).

The difference is extremely noticeable from standard sport all round. I really like it. Great turn in and very responsive and well mannered at all speeds. Has really flattened the car out. I just hope when I do the fronts it doesn't become too neutral again.

That seems to be it alright, and it seems one rear spring option for the R26 has the same part number as the normal 225 (8200266250). I believe a stiffer arb allows softer springs.
