Megane 225 Rear window fault

Hi, When I double lock the car, the rear drivers door window opens fully. Also when I operate the window from the drivers control the operation is backwards, up is down and down is up.

Any ideas what is going on?

I've unplugged the switch on the drivers door but the window still goes down when I double lock the car.

Hi,
I will try this on my laguna 2 with the same Problem...
Remove TEMIC unit from motor. Remove the 4 screws holding motor onto its gearbox. Pull motor 1cm out of its gearbox anf rotate it 180deg. Re-assemble, joba good un.

Yep will be faulty temic module. Had same issue on front window when it failed on meg 225.

Hi,
Just tried this on the Laguna 2. Turning the Electricial Motor 180 degrees after removing the 4 screws fixes the issue. Of course you have to remove the entire window winder mechanism and the temic module to get to the bolts.

Apparently the temic modules are either for the left or right side. Interchanging them causes the problem.
