Megane Megane 225 injector upgrade.

Hi guys, can the megane 250/265 injectors be used on the megane 225 somehow?
I know that the vehicles use different ecu's - meg2 uses the sagem/valeo/Johnson controls S3000 and meg3 uses continental ecu.
The injectors on the Meg 3 are bosch and the Meg 2 are Siemens.
Do the ecu's use different drivers to pulse the injectors? Because the 250 injectors do not pulse when connected to the 225 ecu.

they can but need some sleeves making to do it properly. Easier to go down the normal big deka 630cc route which are a direct fit.
I think they go direct in the oem meg rail mate as can be clipped in same as 630cc.

Best way to do it is to fit 250 rising rate fuel rail and 5bar setup.

You will need the ecu remapping for any injector upgrade to run correctly.

It was with my cooksport rail I had issues, wonder why it was different, was a direct replacement for the meg rail. Been a while id have to look at the twingo thread

I have the 5bar pump, injectors and rail already but kinda figured that the injectors won't work because they aren't pulsing, so running the 5bar pump with the std Siemens injectors should give a higher flow rate.

Yes it will be possible to run more power on stock injectors with rising rate fuel pressure with correct ecu mapping to suit.

The 250 injectors will work fine with correct mapping.
