Wheels don't look too bad and as others have said easily changed!
I'd be interested to know why it needed a top end rebuild at such a low mileage?

the top end was done due to the car being sat for a while and being started but not ran causing an exessive carbon build up on the valves ,the valve seats were recut the valves reground and new valve seals along with all the gaskets,this was all done along with a cambelt and tensioners
