Was wondering if.. I have a rs250 non cup and am wanting a diff, is it simple as swapping a cup box with the box I have now?! Or.. Any help be appreciated

Yes mate - believe its that straight forward!

If you could get hold of a LSD from a Meg 250/265/275 CUP also, you could have that fitted to your existing gearbox - other option
