Loltus Exige

Nice, done a few forged big power conversions over the years on the LET/LEH setup and go really well on standalone.....always found oem ecu a bit of a compromise but still seriously quick!

Get a new thread up, I have much love for the Vx220 and spent about 10 years doing various fun things with them, not that you need it but just shout if you need any advice ;)

My front plate is smashed in the bottom left corner and I have a MOT on Monday so I bought a new one.

I also spotted at Blyton on the weekend some sneaky beaky had removed his plates and I wanted to know how.

Velcro was the answer!

I have replicated this !

I use this on the Vee too, mainly so I can switch from my silver/black plates to proper ones if plod raps my knuckles. Halfrauds do a reel of the stuff just for this, it's pretty good and the Velcro rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrip as you tear it off is VERY satisfying.

USELESS FACT
Velcro is not called Velcro, it's actually called "Hook and Loop Fastener" and Velcro is the name of the company that manufactures it.

I always get more nervous of someone damaging it standing on sill etc, same rules apply when anyone jacks the car up

Sure it will pass just fine

They couldn’t get it on the 4 poster! Too low.

2 post , on jacking points and a “watcher” to verify it wasn’t going to rock backwards and crush the tester.

😎👍

Not got my cert yet..

I took my son to his drumming lesson this afternoon.

I went over the usual speed hump and it was accompanied by a loud ccccccrrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkk noise as something scraped over the hump. Must have been going too fast I thought so crawled over the next one.

ccccccrrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkk

Balls. Something is hanging low.

Threw him in the studio and went outside. My naca duct from the mid undertrack has tried to leave the car.

I was dead lucky that it was wedge and I simply maneuvered it out of the void. I got home, put the car on a jack and put it back in place. Whacked it with my hand and its back in place. How bizarre!

The weather has been great today and I planned on washing the car. It was slightly grubby but with still enough QD on it to make it look like this when it rained earlier in the week

I set to work with various lotions and potions and spent a good few enjoyable hours on the stone afflicted paintwork. Its never going to win an award for the paint , but it will do.
