This is the kind of thing I have been up against.

Sold as a direct fit replacement 74mm pulley.

In fact, what is going to be done is a spacer made to align everything ..
 
So, right now the car is running. Not mapped , but running. Reason being injectors.

The lotus engineers for some reason use narrow injectors.

Narrow injectors don’t exist in today’s market. It’s proving hard to find anything that fits.

There is one company , but it’s OEM design and years behind modern tech.

Investigating some avenues.

However, car looks like this at moment.

Ill not bite, but safe to say RSTuning are working wonders. Its physical dimensions that are the issues rather than anything else.

I have no idea what 95% of it is , but its good.
The hard pipe is OEM Pro alloy buddy.
 
Excited again.

Just had a message from Paul @ RSTuning.

They werent happy with other designs of the injectors so machined me some Siemens Deka 630s to fit!

Exciting times
 
Hope it reaches the power expected to soften the recent work. But having it running A1 and cooling right has to be the key to enjoying and not worrying......well until you need more power ;)
 
FFS.

Second pull on the Dyno and the coolant bottle cracks.

It has been glued before.

Bodging it for now and finding alternatives to the £204+vat that lotus want for a new one
