locking and immobiliser issues, please help!

Well last week the valver finaly lived up to expectations and duly presented its first problems.... :cry:

the central locking on the key plip died taing the immobiliser with it!

i am certain it has something to do with the sunroof suddenly starting leaking!


but now i cant even staart the car or lock it!

i have a phase 1 ecu im going to put on the car for now so i can start it but because the locks have been smoothed off and removed i caant lock it manually!

its now sat locked away under a sheet in one of the barns and i need some help!

how can i lock it or get it to work again?

please help a brother in need!

best way is to upgrade to a decent toad alarm...

Yep, will cost about £300 fitted at most plus will lower insurance if its thatcham approved by £200 by most places

does the alarm have an independent unlocking plip then? :?

sorry but i just need to know itss worth spending the money, will it cover the immobiliser too or shalll i just bang the phase 1 ecu in?

A third party one will. Theres a guy on ebay who does installations but id make sure you'd get the thatcham certificate as if you dont your insurance wont knock any money off and you may not be able to claim if the car is stolen.
