Hello everybody,

I am located in Romania and I currently own a 2008 Liquid Yellow R26. The car has 40.000 miles and it's in mint condition.

A few extras since I bought it:
- removed Megane badge
- arm rest
- short shifter
- aluminum knob
- DIY intake kit with AEM Dryflow cone and silicone piping including 90 degrees elbow
- Stage 1 map from RST

Future plans:
- 2.75" de-cat downpipe with AFR bung plug (needs to be fitted as it's in the trunk)
- 60mm FMIC (most probably a GPI one)
- Forge dump valve with T piece or Forge reinforced recirculation valve (not sure which one is more efficient)
- braided brake lines
- new map optimized for 275-280HP

@andybond do you have any clue for the power loss between 5000 and 5500 RPM? I saw the same issue on you map. I was thinking to ask Paul but didn't had the time.

Looks awesome.

Unsure why yours has a dip there. I wouldn't worry too much about the dyno trace. My traces look a little bumpy at times but they are ultra smooth to drive.

@andybond before posting I had a look at your early dyno sheets attached in your thread and I saw that they were similar.

I'm wondering if it could be generated by an issue with the wastegate (loosing boost at high RPM?) as you don't have the dip after replacing the turbo and I assume that you kept the wastegate from M3RS when you swapped the turbos.

Have you replaced your OEM recirculation valve with the one from Forge or with Forge dump valve + T-piece and blocking plate? If yes, at what point because this is another thing that I suspect for that issue?

Attaching a picture with the downpipe. I'm waiting for the heat wrap and cable ties to get it ready for install.

The wastegate is infact the r26 turbo ! Just changed the cold side on my turbo , kept the recirc + actuator from the r26 turbo as well ! All standard items.

Here are some updates:
- 2.75" downpipe with AFR bung plug is in place. I decided to let it unwrapped.

- the heat shield was covering the AFR bung and I fixed that by cutting a small part of it

- I used an O2 sensor extender to avoid a check engine light

- GPI Racing (eBay) 60mm intercooler with 13 rows waiting to be fitted. Weight is around 6.70 KG.
