Going to plan various meets along the way, will post up tomorrow some details but anyone knows of anywhere or has any suggestions they will be more than appreciated as I will only be looking at a map and don't know that part of the world very well ;)

Assume you're coming from the Saarrf Ben? Is so, I can let you know of some great little roads that Nas and I will be driving in on. A bit off the beaten track and may take longer but good fun all the same! Certainly beats the M1/A1! Drop me a text.

Happy to make a cash donation on food as I too have a 1.5 hour trek to Kimbo. However, I can call into the Tesco at St Neots and get stuff if you need me to.

Is it a pump or supermarket? Supermarkets don't open til 10 or 11 on Sundays!

Very good point! It's a big Tesco's Extra and doesn't open until 10am. Petrol station there is 24hrs though.

I'll also be coming up from the south (High Wycombe) and have just txt'ed Magpie as we may be heading off together. Let us know if there are any meet points planned. Gonna be a early start as I'd like to be there for 8am.

Right fellas, instead of me trying to work out which direction everyone is coming i thought i would just post a map of my trip and see who that interests. Happy to stop and meet at various points just thought i would throw it out there.

So pop your name down and where your coming from and we can go from there ;)

Aylesbury

Dave your name is not on the list of attendees, and I don't recall sending you a pass? Have you obtained one from Shaun?

If not, let me know as I have some spares.

Kind regards,

Steve.

Hi Steve, I've asked for Yorky and floe.90 to send their passes direct to David, so he should get at least one by Sunday morning. He'll bring the spare with him too for others if required between now and Sunday.
Keir has sent his to pugs9000 directly.

Hope that's all ok, seemed to make sense at this late stage.

Spooky if someone knows my address. Has it gone to the Walsall (current) or Stoke (past- with no access)

Excellent, must have been the paypal account from membership/calendar thinking about it logically. Now to order mugs.

Having local knowledge, I'd humbly suggest that you make the effort to come up via the A1(M) rather than M1/A6 route you've got at the mo. A1 is a straight shot up, and is a fantastic road with few legal "impediments".

A1 also avoids Luton and Bedford town centres (both dire) with associated crappy roads and speed bumps.

All very much up to you of course, but if you decide to go via the A1 let me know and I can give you the scenic route in from Sandy. :approve:
