Just spotted on a recovery truck, Ph1 MSX

Hmm my neck of the woods, where about's did you see him?
Rick does look after a handful of them so more than likely.

Also how are you in Halifax and i've never seen you?

ahh i see thanks for letting me know.
Funny as one of the liquid yellow P2's lived just up the road in Cleckheaton for a while (NEV was the numberplate if i remember rightly).
That very car planted the seed for me the first time i saw it, hard not to with a LY really.

LY [v6plaque]261[/v6plaque] came originally from Harrups in Wakefield and was owned by Rick of Jessops Body shop before Nev who kept it for several years, highly polished and loved  , then a bit of a dark time in Northern Ireland and now lives most of its time in Aberdeenshire with me! Thunderstarter's Titanium is now in the clutches of REM13, well used and looked after :approve:

Apparently the one on its way to Dryclough was Jamie's Phase 1, reg ending MSX

small world isnt it, can even show you the exact V6-sized piece of tarmac when i first saw it, that car got me on the way as i say. Funny you know years and years ago i met somebody who knew Nev and said he didnt get much sleep with the car being so sought after. I didnt think much to it to be honest back then, guess i figured its only a Clio and why would anybody want it etc. Know you've just said the number, i find this :

If Nev was still on here, i'd probably apologies if anything. Coming out of Tesco's one night back then, he was just leaving....a LY V6 being hard to miss and all that so i followed him from Brighouse to Cleckheaton (roughly 10 minutes) just so i could look at the car. Poor guy probably thought i was a thief or up to no good as i was as close to him as possible just to admire it. Honestly that car left such an impression, just seeing it back then.

Weird how honestly like 10 years later here i am reading this, the guy wasn't lying looking at the date. I remember seeing a Liquid yellow for sale on Pistonheads and recognizing the location right next to my house, i always guessed it was Nev selling it as i never saw the car again. Had he not of owned that car, id probably never have paid any attention to Clio's in general and done the dull thing and bought a golf.

Then i see this :

I think thats Nev spotting me in my V6, weird how things turn out, its his fault i have one :D

Yep this ones mine. Reg ends MJX.

I was having fuelling issues. Rich @ dryclough has got her going again :) Corrosion to the various wires/relays. All replaced and rewired.
