JANSPEED BOX & DE-CAT LINK PIPES FOR MK2

Have just been to janspeed today to get an exhaust altered, whilst there i discussed getting a silencer and link pipes made for my mk2, which of course they dont make!
the guy said he would be happy to do a one off but it would be costly so i posed the question of "what if i had a few made?"
in a nutshell yes was the answer, a minimum of six, and would be prepared to do what i think is a good deal at £400 inc vat for all three parts (silencer and 2 links(secondary de-cat)).
soooo, can i interest anyone?
the only extra cost i can forsee is the post which am not sure on but i figure £20 should do it.
i would need a deposit of £150 (non refundable if you change your mind) as i am prepared to front the total cost myself, i will not take any deposits until i have all takers, will take poss two months to get these from time of order as they are very busy. but could be called off and posted as they are made so first in and all that. please pm me for my number.

doesn't have to be a two month wait for all of them, as i said they can be called off as they are made, but if you were last to order yours will be last.
i am prepared to get them to jolly along as soon as the order is ready to go, and of course being busy now may not be the case in 4 weeks.
if i want ONE they will pull it in in around 3 weeks but as i said, at big money, so i dont really want to go that route.

pointless exercise, as the std manifolds are far too short and it puts the outlets in the totally wrong position, best option is a set of manifolds with a link pipe to fit the mk2 box, but then you still have the secondary cats in place.
my option is not a bad idea as you still get to keep the original primary cat so no issues with serv light.
another thing to consider is if you go abroad, particularly germany, they are enforcing the law of MUST HAVE A CAT ON THE AUTOBAHN no exeptions (if you have been lately you will see that the germans are trailering their older cars about more (wonder why?)), they dont even need to stop you as there is a roadside test that gets you as you pass, naughty! fine is said to be up to 10,000 euros!!!
i am sure this WILL be coming to a country near you in the future. so big reasons to keep the cat.

Trust me, it is a good price, and you get the bonus of the secondary decat, if you look round at the other backboxes that are on offer many bolt on after this.
as for the difficulty of fitting, the major issue is removal of the rear bumper, but you will have that with most anyway.

depends which pipes you mean, this is for silencer with tailpipes, also twin pipes that sit above the silencer to eliminate the secondary cats, this then will fit to the std manifolds and cross pipework.

The box comes with slash cut tails on the mk1 but i am not a fan of these, i cannot see why straight pipes cannot be put on these as they will be a new line for them, i will make a phone call to check though. what i dont want is everyone wanting something totally different as this will affect the price and i don't want that to happen.
