internal documentation with car?

There's a (very nice!) car up for sale in Spain at the moment which in the advert (link), I spotted a piece of documentation I'd not seen before.

Does anyone have such a document with their car?

It appears to be in French and some sort of factory or Renault internal document?

I can see it has a bar code, the VIN, equipment level (ERS), something about the engine, destination country and then three dates on the left (14/01/2004, 26/01/2004 & 09/02/2004). The factory records have it down as built Feb 2004, which correlates with the last of the three dates.

Does anyone know, or can they guess what the codes to the left of the dates may mean? build start dates?

They look to say something like:

DAT ERM EDI
IOM J-10
MAIC J-10

Any idea what the other bits of information shown are? MIL012, Direct DG, FAB S4, J4 KIRSC, destination 45?

So was off to Germany?

Yes it went to Germany from new, that’s the bit that made me think it might be some sort of internal ticket that they used to keep track of the car till it was delivered.
