insurance with 3 points??

my insurance is up next month and been on different sites and did online quotes, did the quotes with and without my 3 points and every company was £200 more with 3 points..... now most people have told me that 3 points will not affect your insurance..

so bit pissed off really..

I got 3 points over 3 years ago - have been paying between £100-200 extra every year since. Its a license for the insurance companies to literally print money....and before you say that 3 points only last 3 years - the insurance companies ask for 5, wtf, next they'll want to know which hand I wipe my ass with.
