Red is really hard to photograph accurately, especially in strong sunlight when it gets washed out and often looks like red oxide.
I recon it should look a bit more like this....
Found the pic that I like even tho it looks orange! Hopefully it is inferno.
Pic possibly came from here in the first place.
i think i like the pic because 80% of the people in the photo are looking at it
My missus spotted a 'rusty colour' Vee near Bristol once. It was only when I checked the reg against our database did I realise she had seen an inferno.
Has it got a pearlecent coat like the Liquid Yellow? That is a stunning deep yellow colour in the sunlight, but can be quite a washed out / faded gold colour with white cloud reflecting. Maybe Inferno looks good in the sunshine?
Terrible pictures, specially the one with the old woman passing by!
I've always thought about exporting mine to my Motherland at some point, but looking at the increasing prices in the UK and the British Pound going up it might be better to sell it here and buy a LHD in Spain or France! It wouldn't be that special there though.
I saw an Inferno in Clevedon (a small seaside town by Bristol) a few years ago, it definitely looked orange.
