Immobiliser Problem - New Engine

Ok ... I have changed my engine for the engine i have taken out of fat_boys clio. I have changed everything but the engine will not run with his ECU which has been remapped with the superchip and cams that are fitted.
My old ECU works along side his engine but its really lumpy as its not been remapped.
I have changed what ive been imformed as the "immobilser box" which is located under the dash by the passengers left foot.
This has not helped me and the ecu wont de-activate the immobilser which seems to be imbedded within fat_boys immobilser

Im out of ideas and its doing my sweede in! Can anyone help me?

is Fat_boys old ecu a phase one ecu? the phase 2 ecu's will only work in the car they were put in from the factory... Immobiliser light blinking on the dash??

i had same prob by the sounds of it. all it was is there was a plug disconnected in enclosure for wireing behind battery hope this helps

if fat-boys ecu was ph2 u'll need his plipper and IR reciever to de activate the immob. immob is built into ecu as far as i know :?

Ok Fat_boys ECU was a ph2 .... I have swapped his blipper and his reciever from by the sunroof also there is a immobilser black box located under the dash.

I have changed all these and even the ignition barrel to try to get it going but its not having any of it! His blipper wont work even with his reciever in!

I have now got it running with my ECU, but i could do with mine being re-mapped does anybody know of anywhere? OR recommend anywhere?
