Illiad Ph 2 - Wickham, Hants

Heard it first, and then an Illiad Ph 2 appeared down the hill from Wickham village square yesterday mid-afternoon, turning up by Chesapeake Mill. Wore the coating of salt of a car being regularly used over the winter. Reckoned it was an 04 ending DFH, but nothing showing in register, and likewise what I thought was the exact number plate not matching on the gov.uk checker.
