my reno 19 16v is running in the 1200rpm. How do i adjust it to its proper rpm?

if the rpm stays at 1200rpm then you need to adjust the the tiny screw wiv a lock nut on it next to the throttle cable link. then you would proberbly need to get T.P senser reset by ren

if rpm is bouncy up n down then check ur ISCV

dissconnect the CTS and see if the revs drop, if not when its warm tap the ICV with a scredriver or somehting, if it drops new ICV.

Only fiddle with the TB if your stupid.
