Hope the race went well. How did you get on?

I ran Paris last weekend and loved it. Definitely going to enter the ballot for London next year!

It was awesome! pleased to have done it. I started proper last, me & a mate both in day chairs. As we got there they closed Greenwich park gates behind us. I passed around 5000 people and finished in 5hrs 35 mins.

I was in pain last evening, my fore arm tendons were swollen but today its calmed down. I may skip the gym today though.
