Well it came to "that" time of year again, go my renewal premium which had gone up £30 but the broker said they would match a genuine quote, so I trawled the interweb and found a quote which was quite a bit cheaper than my renewal :D, phoned them back with what I'd been quoted and a couple of days later they got back to me and beat that by £1 BUT the excess is £250 instead of £450 :approve: These folks have certainly delivered for me for the 2nd year running [smilie=bunny_4.gif]

And the nice people that sorted this out for me..... Noel Dazely and Co. [smilie=bunny_4.gif]

Don't know if they will be any good for the younger element of Vee owners as it's fair to say that I saw my 21st some years ago [smilie=icon_eek.gif].I daren't tell you all how much I've just paid as together with being "not that young" I also live up in Sunny Cumbria which seems to be quite a low-risk area for insurance [smilie=icon_cheers.gif] [smilie=bunny_4.gif] [smilie=bunny_4.gif]

Hope this helps some of my fellow Vee owners.

I'm do my insurance through Noel Dazely too, following a recommendation from a friend. They're always up for matching stuff, and last year I got them to cut my excess down big time too as part of matching another deal. Nice thing is that you're dealing with people who can make decisions, rather that somebody in a call centre who's totally tied by centrally managed risk models which means that "computer says no".

Agree......these guys were ace with me and very helpful, unfortunately, they couldn't get a decent quote for me because of the postcode, but I'd recommend them to anyone on here for their helpfulness... :D [smilie=bowdown.gif] It's rare these days to get such good customer service too.... :D

Jainy - do you live in the Bronx?

No hun..!! [smilie=icon_snigger.gif] but I happen to share the first part of a postcode with somewhere that does resemble the Bronx...!!! [smilie=icon_rambo.gif]

Which is mostly CHONGO PANTS for Jainy and her insurance on the Vee... :( [smilie=icon_rolleyes.gif]
