Hmmm, pricey, but worth it I guess.......

Just paid £1039 for 12 months cover with Bell (with protected no claims bonus - allowed 2 claims per year). I'm 28 with 6 year NCB and no points or convictions and the car will be kept on the drive during the night. It also includes my 25 year old girlfriend as a named driver and unlimited milage, so it's not too bad I guess. Next cheapest was Priviledge with a quote of £1,163, and finally Adrian Flux (who have been my insurers for the past 6 years but still couldn't get anywhere near Bell - £1400!).

Just thought I'd let people know, this being the insurance forum and all - it might help other people get better quotes on their insurance......bring on collection day!

If you had put your girlfirend on as primary driver and you as a named driver it would have been cheaper!
