highish idle 1.4e

engine takes a while to come up to temp on gauge and fast idle doesnt come off every time stays at about 1100-1200
temp gauge will go up to about 3/4 mark then the fan will come on just the other side of line

is there more than one temp sensor?
is thermostat funked?

thermostat may be why it takes a while to get warm.

as for staying on cold start enrichment then assuming its a ph2 carb job the CTS is probably dodgy.
