I noticed there was no NZ members on the site so I thought I better buy a Phase 2 in blue. I searched for nearly 2 years and finally have the vehicle ex UK, build number 008, 2004 model. I had always loved the old school Renault 5 turbos and have enjoyed driving the Clio so far, not that I've gone far yet. I'm a bit of a car nut and have always liked performance cars. I think there is only one other phase 2 in NZ along with a few phase 1's. I want to keep the vehicle as a collectable and in as original condition as possible and will be looking forward to the advice and information that is available from the members on this site. I have previously owned a Honda NSX, Honda S2000 and currently in the garage have a Merc ML63 AMG, Lamborghini Gallardo LP5502 along with the Clio and some other boring practical daily drivers. Future cars of interest are the Alfa 4C and perhaps the latest Honda Civic Type R.
