5 GT Turbo Help needed please

I've got a Renault 5GT Turbo I've rebuilt the carburettor so I know I've got fuel I've replaced HT lead spark plugs and got spark does anybody know of a reason why I can't get the engine to start I'm a complete newby so please be gentle I think it must be something really stupid is it possible I haven't connected a certain sensor somewhere any help would be much appreciated

So your Distributor Drive is 180 degrees out of alignment. Not the biggest job in the world to fix.

boom, nice one. make sure you get a project thread up. as steve said it's an easy fix if you want to pop the dizzy off

That's a total Dream car for me, and I would throw my OE book out the door to own that...

Yes that is the colour of the new shell the old one was blue not sure what colour to paint it I was thinking of that gold Clio Sport colour
