Sorry Ali, only just seen this mate.
They are an absolute doddle to fit, i did my own because i didnt trust anyone local to fit them.
What i cant stress enough is that you need to get the tracking/wheel geometry fully set up afterwards, my vee came out of Demon Tweeks a transformed beast. "Running on rails" were my first words post DT's set-up.
There are plenty of photo's knocking around of my vee, have a look in the gallery mate.
Anyhow what's happened to the lowering springs?
