And only two hours after that call I get this.... *sigh*

Hi David we have an issue with the brake disks, the material we have received is billeted undersize to what we ordered. As this material is not “off the shelf” our supplier needs 2 weeks to get us replacement materials.

I understand this will be a big disappointment to you and your customers but there is not much we can do to speed up the process.

I can only apologise.

What can I say- not much- this is out of character for TTV usually they are satisfactory with service and turnaround. This is an unusual request that has involved shipping in different material to what they normally use but this should have been picked up sooner than this. I have conveyed our dissatisfaction to TTV.
