gordini head lining cloth????

i have removed the origional in one piece but it is really thin and delacate so i am going to replace it. can anyone sugest anywhere that i can get hold of one or would it be better to have one cut to size using the orig as a template and to then re mount the new one back onto the cardboard liner.

i paid £180 for a company to retrim mine.
- they used beige material, stuck it to the cardboard liner, then glued that to the roof.
make sure they use alot of glue though! (it was a turbo 2, and the rear engine caused alot of heat and the cardboard became unstruck.)

thanks alot for that i thought i might try it myself but its got to be right and im no expert on upholstry.
do you know the name of the company that did yours?

they are based in birmingham. im sure a local trimmer to you would be more handy. these guys also did cabriolet roof repairs.
