hopefully its all come together in harmony..

All sorted and paid for. This weekend looks like a strip down to get old gearbox off, then its wait till new one arrives.

Can gearbox be replaced in situe? any major problems. Else would be engine out job, im guessing easier lifting up than dropping engine/subframe.

it will go in and out the top with the bracket for ther expansion bottle removed (or knocked off) IIRC subby still need to be dropped to make it still fit

these should defo been quick realase :p

I was thinking more of just lifting the engine up a bit to get it, getting a jack underneath and loosing the mount bolts just to get some angle on the engine. haven't had a proper look yet, got to remove air filter box and piping from there to get to it first. oo the fun. might as well give it a service whilst im at it. coming been about a year since it had a service and done about 5k miles. Lucky service parts are cheap :) before stating about the clutch it was replaced 5k miles ago so no real need to replace that, well unless it has not lasted for some strange reason.
