Fuel pump!

Hi all............. I changed the idle valve and that sorted out my hunting, now after cleaning the sender unit in the petrol tank my petrol pump was nice and quiet for a while but it has started humming again, its so loud thats its wrecking my head so I'm going to buy a replacement one.
The pump on my car is a Bosch 0580453911. I went to my local motor factor and they ordered a new pump for me but the circumference of the replacement pump is too big and wont fit in the pump bracket. The pump on my car the circumference is 43mm.
Can anyone recommend somewhere to get a OEM / Bosch replacement pump!
Thanks.
YEAH!

perfectly normal, the replacements are of larger diameter, just adjust the clamp and use a longer bolt

If you'v cleaned the sender and it worked for a while, then before you fit the new pump I'd be cleaning the tank out

Hi, yes the diameter / circumference of the old fuel pump is 43mm and the new one is 52mm, before I make up a new bracket for the new pump I wanted to run it by you guys...... anyway Andy, yes I'll drop the tank before I buy a new pump and clean it when I get a chance, the sender unit was full of dirt so I would imagine that the tank is dirty too.
I have taken the old pump down a few times and when I put it back on the car its as quiet as a mouse for about ten minutes and then it starts to hum, and I mean it hum's in F sharp....lol.
Thanks for all the replies.....
YEAH!
