Are you sure its not an immobilzer thing?

if your using the remote central locking make sure you start it immediately after locking and unlocking it :)

alrite mate thnx for ritin bk but doesnt the imobilizer stop the starter moter from turnin ova and its not on the key fob u have to plug the immobilzer in then turn the key

have you cleaned the crank sensor above the fly wheel below thermostat

na mate will have a crak at it tmo wats the best stuff to use . has this happend to you before

yeah they get mucked up alot mate just wire brush the small sensor on the end

Just make sure the immobilizer icon (little orange squigly line) comes on in the bottom right hand corner of the dash :)

otherwise it will turn over but wont fire

95% sure the wires that run from the pump and sender (under the rubber cover) to the other main pump (on the passanger side of tank) will have broken!!

Common fault!! Know of quite a few ph1's with this problem!!

I had same problem with my ph1. Removed rubber cover to look at fuel pump and found the plastic plug on end of the earth terminal was melted and not connecting properly. Cleaned the terminal and reconnected it and the problem was fixed. :)
