Fuel Pump Live Feed?

I have just wired out a cut off switch which was wired in to stop the battery going flat.
What i noticed now is that the fuel pump isnt getting any feed.
The cable in the pic:

Was on the earth point. Looking at the 19s at the scrappy they didnt have this. so where should the wire go?
How is the fuel pump wiring setup?

that wires something thats been bodged in.

the fuel pump wiring is integral to the wiring loom.

I thought so.
I followed it back, and it goes into the fuse box next to the airbox.
and its heat shrinked off one of the relays wires and then goes off inside the car.
Looks like it could of been possibly a part of the old alarm loom.
