1. Using a Torx bit remove the torx screws that run along the bottom of the bumper - there's quite a few of these rather than the 4 that the PDF mentions.
2. Lift the bonnet, remove the radiator cover - you need 2 different sized torx bits and then some pushing and pulling to get the cover out. Try to remember how it came out because it'll save you time later on.
3. Once the cover is off you should be able to see 2 x 10mm bolts that are holding the bumper in place - remove them...
4. Get full right lock on the steering and then go to the left hand wheelarch and remove the screws holding the part of the liner nearest to the front of the wheel arch.
5. You should be able to find 2 10mm bolts that are holding the bumper on accessed through the wheel arch liner. One of the 10mm bolts goes into a sort of captive nut assembly and the other has a nut on it so you'll need 2 x 10mm bits.
6. Disconnect the wiring loom from the fog light.
7. Repeat the last 3 steps but for the right hand side.
8. In theory the bumper is now loose - it's easier to remove with 2 people and less likely to damage it or the wings. A bit like the radiator cover this bit requires a bit of pushing and pulling in order to get the bumper off.
9. If it's going to be re-sprayed then you can remove the front fog-light assemblies which are held on by 4 (or maybe 3) screws from the rear of the bumper.
