Right - Payment details

costs -

1 ticket = £12.95 (one ticket per person not per car)

Camping = £15 a pitch (1 Car and up to four people)

FCS TAX Disc holder x 1 = £2.95

FCS 2009 Commemorative Graphic x 1 = £2.95

There are a very few limited edition Retro-Renault FCS 2009 stickers which are free and will go on a first come, first served basis.

Right how to pay:

As the club has no direct way of taking payment at the moment for events such as these, you will need to go to this link

French Car Show 2009 Booking

Make sure you select RETRO-RENAULT as your club
If Bringing a car to be displayed on the RR Display Stand ensure you select a window pass!
RR will not be doing track time this year as a club due to lack of interest so leave that selection blank.
If camping, again select the amount of tickets you require.
Then add on any sundries you may wish to buy, like the stickers etc

Any problems or questions, post in this thread before you buy your ticket so that I can help you avoid any expensive mistakes.

Also please post in this thread when you have ordered your tickets

There will be a meet up point near the venue on the morning of the show so that we can convoy in as a club, time and place will be announced soon.

Please order your tickets before May 20th, this will ensure you get a display pass for your car

Yes, you need to book camping, do it via the FCS website, link same as for show tickets and passes.

quite possibily they will turn you away Tom, camping is booking up fast and the organisers have to book the pitches with the campsite. You have until end of May to book direct for camping
