Fancy a Honda S2000 in Indy Yellow Pearl (very much like Liquid Yellow)?

Oh! Having read your full update Dulan I would imagine that you are even more pleased with the end result. That's both in the service that The Market provided and the amount the car sold for. You certainly made the right choice.

It's certainly very useful information. Possibly several of us have been watching both sites with interest as an alternative way of selling our cars when the time comes. It's just as well that you had a fairly clear idea of your car's value. This in itself can be difficult to argue/negotiate when they supposedly have all the experts to hand and won't accept your viewpoint, or evidence submitted of similar cars sold.

Re the extension to the auction end time, it occurred to me that this might be quite a clever idea. Apart from ending up with less disputes it leaves the person just outbid watching the clock ticking away, wondering if they should just make one more bid, in case it's the winning one, when they've already gone beyond their max. It certainly seemed to work for your car as the clock kept getting re-set. Great that you've been paid already too. All in what has been a really difficult time to sell in.

Only just seen this but what a car - lovely colour too! I've had two S2s but for some reason I just never managed to gel with them. I think it was purely down to me not using them enough! Still a good looking car today.

Indeed Hon, very close to Liquid Yellow too. It was great for what it is, and well built but, as you would know, the engine needs to be revved quite hard to generate enough torque to make it go - it's not a point and squirt type of car as you have to plan overtakes and how you position it when approaching corners etc.

Having said that the S2000 has the best gearbox I have experienced in a car, new or old. I was a fan of its engine technology as well.
