do the williams 2 ecu have a code for the keys i.e will i need the keys out of that car ?

i had a engine and ecu out of a williams 3 had no problems im sure the williams dont come with a immob

as above, they have a cobra alarm from factory so no need for the immob.

is there anything els i should bare in mind when changing the engines over ?

yeah, don't forget to DISCONNECT the gear linkage .... so many get bent cos people forget them

Heater matrix pipes often overlooked.. LAINE! ;)
Make sure you drop the oil out the box and engine beforehand, also if taking the loom out with the engine make sure you disconnect the lambda plug from lambda and subframe
Powersteering hose's etc

Keep the loom with the car. (the one on your current engine).

DOnt forget the gearbox earth strap, usually forgotten too ;)
