19 F7P exhaust manifold nut / stud size

Hi, could someone tell me the size of an F7P exhaust manifold stud and nut? Tried to search online but not been able to find anything. I believe the nut is an M8 but want to double check.

Will be M8 x 1.25, use the metal locking nuts on the studs or they will shake loose.
