Exhaust Gasket - Manifold to Collector

After a part number or direction on alternatives that will fit.

Just purchased an aftermarket exhaust and want to replace the gasket with a new one when I fit it.

It's the section between the collector pipe and the manifold downpipe after the primary cats.

I think the Ph2 is a slightly different bolt pattern / sizing to the Ph1?

Elliott, did you fix this problem? I still have oddments of exhaust gaskets laying around, as for ph2 yes they are a different size and eight studs not four.

@spike I’m going to use some universal 2.5” gaskets and cut them to fit together. I haven’t looked to see if this approach will work, but I can see any obvious issues. Do you have a new Ph1 gasket? Feel free to message me. Thanks

Elliott, I do have a drawer full of oddments of gaskets, if you give me the centres dimention of the studs, stud size i assume is 8mm but please correct me and of course the opening size of the gasket, by opening i mean the std opening of the downpipe not your new one. then i will look in my box and also look through the gasket catalogue.

Hwy guys i have an exhaust clamp question. The 2 clamps that hold the downpipes to the back box are rusted out on my car. I have found the clamps for sale on ebay, but i don’t know what size the clamps are. There are 54mm 60mm and 64mm on there. Do you measure the inside of the clamp? The exhaust diameter? Or the exhaust flange/join? Any help welcome. Tia.

Hi, did you find out which size you needed? Need to replace mine but finding it hard to find hard info on it.
