Engine light on

Started mine up this afternoon and it sounded grumbly and took it down the road and the engine light came on,a bit spluttery...ignition coil ???
Any ways of finding out ...OBD reader....??

Unplug coils one by one
One of them won't make any difference to engine running
Replace
